# Arxova

> Arxova is a health data platform that lets people bring their wearable data, lab results, medical records, and medications together into one encrypted vault they own. Built by healthcare professionals in Miami, FL, USA. Available on iOS and Android. Legal entity: HealthKey Labs, LLC d/b/a Arxova.

Arxova is infrastructure, not a data broker. Users own their health data. Arxova never sells health data and never uses commercial wearable data for research or shares it with third parties. Any research is opt-in, run by external institutions under their IRB-approved consent, and any compensation is paid by the institution through a separate licensed payments partner — never by Arxova, which takes no percentage of it.

Arxova is organized around three principles: **Access. Understand. Direct.**

- **Access** — Access your health data. Medical records from 25,000+ hospitals and health institutions, plus labs, medications, and wearable readings, brought into one place.
- **Understand** — Understand your health data. ARIA, Arxova's AI health intelligence layer, reads new results against the person's own history and trends rather than a generic reference range.
- **Direct** — Direct your health data. The user decides where it goes: a provider, a researcher, or no one. Sharing is explicit, permissioned, and revocable.

Mission: the **democratization of personal health data** — making personal health information accessible, understandable, portable, and directed by the individual it describes.
