The Problem

Why your health data feels so disconnected

The healthcare system wasn't designed with the patient's convenience in mind. It was built around billing, and that shows in how disjointed personal health records have become.

Records Scattered Across Providers

A typical person's health information lives at three or four different providers, a pharmacy, and a lab, none of which share data with each other. Piecing together a complete picture means calling each one individually.

Inaccessible When It Matters Most

Whether you're in an emergency room, meeting a new specialist, or traveling abroad, the moment you actually need your health history is usually the moment you can't get to it.

No Real Portability

There's still no standard way to carry your own records from one provider to the next. Every system in place was built for administrative processing, not for the person the data belongs to.

The Solution

How Arxova puts you back in control

Arxova centralizes every record, lab result, medication, and wearable reading into one app, fully encrypted and permanently stored. The only person who holds the keys to that data is you.

Everything in One Place

Instead of chasing down portals and fax requests, your entire health history sits in your pocket, updated as new records and readings come in.

Available Anywhere, Anytime

There's no need to remember portal logins or wait on a records request. Your complete health history travels with you.

Data You Actually Own

Your records are encrypted and stored on permanent, decentralized infrastructure. Arxova doesn't hold your keys, and neither does anyone else.

Our why

Your health data should be yours to reach

Most people can't produce their own health history on request. Not the medications, not last year's bloodwork, not what the specialist actually said. Not because they weren't paying attention — because no one ever gave them one place to keep it.

The information exists. It's spread across a hospital system, a pharmacy, a lab, a wearable app, and a portal they set up once and never logged into again. It exists everywhere except with the person it describes.

That gap shows up at the worst moments: a new specialist, an urgent care visit in another city, a decision that depends on what your numbers were doing six months ago. Nobody designed it this way on purpose. Records were built to move between institutions, not to travel with people.

We think the person a record describes should be the one who holds it — able to reach it, understand it, and decide where it goes.

Built by healthcare workers in Miami, FL, USA who watched this gap play out from the clinical side, every shift, and decided it didn't have to stay that way.

How Arxova works

Access it. Understand it. Direct it.

These aren't three features. They're the three things that have to be true before health data actually belongs to the person it describes.

01ACCESS

Access your health data.

Medical records from more than 25,000 hospitals and health institutions, plus your labs, medications, and wearable readings — brought together in one place instead of scattered across portals you can't remember the logins to.

02UNDERSTAND

Understand your health data.

Access is only the beginning. ARIA, Arxova's health intelligence layer, reads a new result against your own history — your trend over months, your medications, your prior scans — rather than against a reference range built for an average body.

03DIRECT

Direct your health data.

You decide where your health data goes: a provider, a researcher, or no one. Sharing is explicit, permissioned, and revocable. Nothing moves without your decision.

Arxova gives you access to your health data. ARIA helps you understand it. You decide where it goes.

Meet ARIA

Plain-English health insights from your own data

ARIA is Arxova's non-diagnostic health intelligence engine. Unlike a general-purpose chatbot pulling from public search data, ARIA works exclusively inside your secure data perimeter, drawing from the medical records, blood panels, and wearable telemetry that usually stay locked in siloed portals and fax machines. She turns those biological patterns into clear, structured summaries so you walk into your next appointment already informed.

ARIA in action — real-time health intelligence

Lab Results Explained in Plain Language

ARIA breaks down blood work, imaging, and diagnostics using your own history for context, not a generic reference range that ignores your background.

Wearable Intelligence Across Devices

ARIA connects your sleep score, resting heart rate, and recent labs to surface patterns you'd likely miss on your own.

Symptom Context, Not Guesswork

Describe what you're feeling, and ARIA cross-references your records, current medications, and recent wearable readings to highlight what's relevant.

Appointment Prep That Saves Time

ARIA summarizes what's changed since your last visit, so you can ask sharper questions instead of trying to remember everything yourself.

ARIA is not a substitute for professional medical advice. It's designed to support your healthcare provider, not replace them. Learn more about Arxova.

How It Works

Three steps to owning your health data

01

Connect Your Sources

Link your providers, pharmacies, labs, and wearables. Arxova pulls records through secure, HIPAA-aligned integrations, so you're not manually re-entering data.

02

Own Your Data

Your records get encrypted and stored permanently on Arweave, with transactions verified on Solana. You're the only one holding the keys.

03

Grant time-limited access to a doctor, a family member, or an emergency contact, and revoke it whenever you want. Your data never leaves your control.

Our mission

The democratization of personal health data

Personal health data belongs to the person it describes. For most people it doesn't work that way yet — records sit in systems built for billing, and the person they describe is the one doing the legwork to piece them back together.

Democratization means closing that gap. Not a movement or a manifesto — just making health information accessible, understandable, portable, and directed by the individual.

Portability

Your history travels with you — to a new specialist, an emergency room, or a hospital in another country.

Clarity

Plain-language context for results that arrive in the portal days before anyone calls to explain them.

Choice

Contribute to research on your own terms, share with a clinician before an appointment, or keep it private.

Built by healthcare professionals in Miami, FL, USA who saw the same problem every day — patients unable to access their own records when it mattered most.

Health Record Ownership

Your records. Timestamped. Encrypted. Verifiably yours.

Every time you store or share a health record, Arxova writes a cryptographic proof to the blockchain. You hold the decryption keys. No one else — not us, not your provider, not a third party.

Arxova uses blockchain to do what it was designed for — timestamp, encrypt, and verify your health records with cryptographic proof of ownership.

Provenance Recorded on Chain

Each storage or sharing event generates a cryptographic fingerprint written to the Solana blockchain, creating a permanent, auditable record of when your data moved and who touched it.

Records Encrypted on Arweave

Your data is encrypted before it ever reaches the network, then stored permanently on Arweave — not on a company's servers. No single provider controls where your records live, or can quietly change the terms later.

You Decide Who Gets Access

Grant or revoke access to any provider, researcher, or app instantly. Every permission event is logged on-chain and stays auditable indefinitely.

Security Architecture

Built so ownership is provable, not promised.

Encryption You Can Verify

Some of your records are encrypted with a key only your wallet can produce — we cannot open those, and we will tell you which ones. The rest use keys we hold separately from our databases, so a stolen database is unreadable on its own. We would rather tell you exactly where the line sits than claim there isn't one.

Immutable Audit Trail

Every data sharing permission, consent, and access event is verifiably timestamped and recorded on decentralized ledger infrastructure. Your data cannot be sold, altered, or accessed by third-party brokers without your explicit, time-limited cryptographic approval.

The cost of fragmented records275,189 Medicare admission-readmission pairs

Among Medicare beneficiaries, fragmented hospital readmissions — when patients are readmitted to a different hospital than where they were originally discharged — are associated with worse discharge outcomes. Shared electronic information between hospitals significantly improves the odds of recovering at home.

When the admission and readmission hospital shared a health information exchange, beneficiaries had 9–15% higher odds of being discharged home with home health.

None of this requires understanding blockchain to use the app day to day. Web3 is the infrastructure here, not the interface.

Research

Built for Research

Beyond individual use, Arxova is exploring how a patient-owned health data platform can support research. When someone chooses to join a study, they enroll under the institution's own IRB-approved consent process, not a blanket data-sharing agreement buried in fine print. Arxova doesn't sell data and takes no cut of participant compensation. The platform's role is infrastructure: aggregation, consent tracking, and secure transfer, with ownership staying in the hands of the people whose data it is.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Arxova?

Arxova is a HIPAA-aligned health data platform that aggregates wearable data, lab results, medical records, and medications into one encrypted vault owned by the patient. It's built on Solana and Arweave, using blockchain to timestamp, encrypt, and verify health record ownership.

What are Arxova's three core values?

Access, Understand, and Direct. Access means bringing your medical records, labs, medications, and wearable data into one place. Understand means ARIA helps you make sense of the patterns and trends across it. Direct means you decide where your health data goes — to a provider, to a researcher, or to no one.

What does it mean to direct your health data?

It means you control where your health information travels. You can share it with a clinician before an appointment, contribute it to an IRB-approved research study, or keep it private. Sharing is explicit and revocable, and nothing moves without your decision.

What is the democratization of personal health data?

It's Arxova's mission: making personal health data accessible, understandable, portable, and directed by the individual it describes. Today most health records sit in systems built for administrative billing, leaving patients to piece their own history together. Democratization means closing that gap.

What is ARIA?

ARIA is Arxova's AI-powered health intelligence assistant. It delivers personalized insights by cross-referencing your labs, wearable data, medications, and medical records. ARIA isn't a substitute for professional medical advice.

How does Arxova protect my health data?

Records are encrypted before upload and stored permanently on Arweave, so no single company controls where they live. Every access event is verified on the Solana blockchain. A growing set of records is encrypted with a key derived from your own wallet, which Arxova cannot decrypt; the rest use keys we hold separately from our databases, so a stolen database alone is unreadable. Arxova never sells your data and isn't a data broker.

How much does Arxova cost?

Arxova is free. Getting to your own medical records shouldn't cost you anything, so it doesn't. Connect your records, sync wearables, view your scores, use ARIA, and opt in to research at no cost.

What devices does Arxova work with?

Arxova integrates with Apple Health, Android Health Connect, Oura, WHOOP, Withings, Polar, Garmin, Fitbit, and Samsung Health. Anything already syncing to Apple Health or Health Connect comes through too, including many continuous glucose monitors.

Is Arxova HIPAA compliant?

Arxova is HIPAA-aligned. There's no formal certification process for HIPAA compliance, but the platform is architected to meet the Privacy and Security Rule's safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, cryptographic access controls, and blockchain-based audit logging. We're currently pursuing SOC 2 certification.
