SMS Consent Policy

1.How You Opt In
Arxova™ users opt in to receive SMS notifications by enabling the “SMS Notifications” toggle during account setup or within their notification preferences in the Arxova™ mobile app. You must provide your phone number and explicitly confirm consent before any messages are sent.
2.What Messages You'll Receive
Once you opt in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages:
- Health data sync confirmations (e.g., wearable data from Oura, WHOOP, Withings)
- Security alerts (login attempts, wallet activity)
- Arxova Circle community notifications
- Account and verification updates
All messages are transactional and informational. Arxova™ does not send marketing or promotional content via SMS.
3.Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and notification preferences. You control which notification categories are enabled in the app.
4.Opting Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message
- Disabling SMS notifications in the Arxova™ app settings
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

6.Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Arxova™ does not charge for SMS messages.
