Yes. HealthKey Labs, LLC, the company behind Arxova, has a SOC 2® Type 1 report for the Security criteria, as of August 31, 2026, issued by Percilchofe CPA LLC on September 23, 2026. A SOC 2 report is an independent attestation, not a certification. We are currently working toward a SOC 2 Type 2 examination. An independent penetration test is underway. Our infrastructure providers maintain their own SOC 2 Type 2 reports. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You own your data — we never sell it or use it for advertising.

If you choose, you may be invited to join research studies run by institutions. You review and sign that study's IRB-approved consent. Arxova does not sell health data and does not pay participants. Clinics and research institutions pay Arxova for the matching infrastructure. Any compensation a study offers is between the participant and the study.
