Yes. Arxova is built on HIPAA and GDPR-aligned infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II certified hosting. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You own your data — we never sell it or use it for advertising.

If you choose, you may be invited to join research studies run by institutions. You review and sign that study's IRB-approved consent. Any compensation comes from the institution and is handled by a licensed payments partner. Arxova never sells your data and never takes a cut of your compensation.
