Arxova is a free health data and intelligence platform that brings your medical records, labs, medications, and wearable data into one place you own and control. It is available on iOS and Android.

Users can fetch records through Fasten Health's FHIR connections, sync the wearables they already use, and use ARIA — Arxova's non-diagnostic health intelligence layer — to help understand their own history. ARIA is not medical advice.

Arxova does not sell data and is not a data broker. The patient app stays free.

Why Arxova exists

Health data still lives in fragments — a hospital portal, a lab, an imaging center, wearables in separate apps. None of it travels with the patient. When it matters most, the person the data describes is often the last to have a complete copy. Arxova exists to close that gap.

Who founded Arxova?

JD Ramos is a cardiac cath lab RN in Miami and the founder of Arxova (HealthKey Labs, LLC). He has been a nurse for more than ten years, in specialty areas including oncology, the ICU, and most recently the cardiac cath lab. In that time he has had the privilege of caring for people at their most vulnerable, and of working inside the American healthcare system long enough to learn what it keeps teaching him: the data does not follow the patient.

Records stay with the institution that generated them. The person walks out with a printout and the hope that the next team can piece the chart together. Arxova was built to close that gap.

Advisors

Dr. Edgar Ramos Vieira joins Arxova as Clinical Research Advisor.

Dr. Edgar Ramos Vieira is Professor of Physical Therapy and Associate Dean of Research & Faculty Development at Florida International University's Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing & Health Sciences. His research focuses on healthy aging, mobility and functional independence, frailty and falls prevention, rehabilitation, and the application of digital health and emerging technologies to improve health outcomes.

He has authored more than 160 peer-reviewed publications and has nearly 10,000 citations to his work. Dr. Vieira has extensive experience in federally funded and interdisciplinary research and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Physical & Occupational Therapy in Geriatrics.

His work emphasizes translating research, technology, and health data into practical approaches to improve function, independence, and healthy longevity.

Who is Arxova for?

Arxova is for people who want one place for their records and wearables — including complex and chronic care journeys, for example cardiac, vascular, hereditary cancer, and autonomic conditions. It is for people who want to improve their health, who believe in science and research, and who believe a better future for personal health data is possible.

Clinics and research are separate B2B layers. The consumer app remains free. Arxova makes no diagnostic or treatment claims.

Trust and participation

Arxova (HealthKey Labs, LLC) is an approved participant in the CMS Health Tech Ecosystem in Patient Facing Apps — Conversational AI Assistants and Patient Facing Apps — Kill the Clipboard. Participation is not a CMS endorsement.

Arxova is encrypted in transit and at rest. When a clinic uses Arxova's provider console, Arxova acts as the clinic's business associate under a Business Associate Agreement. HealthKey Labs, LLC, the company behind Arxova, has a SOC 2® Type 1 report for the Security criteria, as of August 31, 2026, issued by Percilchofe CPA LLC on September 23, 2026. We are currently working toward a SOC 2 Type 2 examination. Arxova's core infrastructure providers maintain their own SOC 2 Type 2 reports.
