Why Arxova exists

Health data lives in fragments. Records at one provider, imaging at another, labs somewhere else, prescriptions at a pharmacy, and a growing stream of wearable data that never reaches any of them. None of it travels with the patient. And when it matters — in an emergency room, at a new specialist, on a Tuesday night when a question comes up — the people who need the data most are the ones who can't reach it.

The idea

Arxova started as a simple idea: what if your health data — every record, every device — was with you at all times? Not scattered across portals and fax machines. Not sitting on servers you can't reach. With you. Owned by you. Available when it counts.

What we're building

One encrypted place for your complete health picture. Medical records from every provider you've ever seen. Labs, imaging, medications, vaccinations, allergies. Wearable and lab data from the devices you already use. And an AI that actually understands your body — not a generic chatbot, but intelligence grounded in your own longitudinal record.

Built on HIPAA-grade security, FHIR interoperability standards, and a blockchain-backed architecture that keeps your data so private not even Arxova can read it. Arxova is a product of HealthKey Labs, LLC — a small, patient-first team building in the open. We work with partners like Fasten Health for medical record retrieval, Flex for HSA/FSA reimbursement, and a growing list of wearable platforms to bring every piece of your health data into one place you control.
