The bedside problem

Arxova did not begin as a product idea looking for a market. It began with a practical problem familiar to anyone who has watched care span more than one login: the person's picture is fragmented by design. Portals are excellent for the organization that runs them. Wearables are excellent for continuous physiology. Neither was designed to be your longitudinal self across hospitals and clinics.

Floor observation, not pathos: people still leave without a usable copy of what was just collected. That gap is why a nurse-founded company exists.

What Arxova is

Arxova is a free health data app on iOS and Android. Medical records next to wearables. Personal Insights free since day one. ARIA helps you understand your data. It does not diagnose. It is not medical advice. We do not sell your data. You decide who gets a copy and for how long. Research participation, when offered, is opt-in and separate from core use.

Democratization of personal health data

Our north star is exact: the democratization of personal health data. Everybody should have access to their own picture, be able to make sense of it, and direct it to whoever they choose, without begging for a printout or treating ownership as a privilege.

That framing is why Nurse.org's audience matters to us. Nurses already know the human cost of incomplete history at the bedside. Technology only helps if it answers to the person in the room.
